Required Experience & Qualifications: He/She must have Visualization or Architectural qualifications (or an equivalent Technical Diploma from an accredited institute). He/She must have proven post-qualification experience in producing high-quality architectural images and animations. You are fully conversant in using and creating models from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations. You must have In-Depth knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques. You must have experience with basic animation techniques, camera layout, edit theory, and compositing. You are an active follower and contributor to the 3D arch-viz community with a good awareness of design trends and creative thinking.

Skills Requirements

• Understanding of color, composition, and lighting in imagery.
• Intermediate/expert knowledge of 3ds Max
• Beginner / Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. Knowledge of Unreal and Maya is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of lighting and render settings with Vray/Corona
• Intermediate knowledge of industry-standard 3rd party plugins.
• Expert knowledge of editing and compositing with Adobe Photoshop.

3D Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors, Interior Designers, and Project Architects to develop architectural renderings and animations.
• Work closely with remote artists and clients to facilitate work that fully achieves the creative vision for the project.
• Manage all of the steps required in the 3D and post-production process from start to finish, while maintaining department and studio standards.
• Assist in the daily production of renderings and virtual tours as needed by clients.
• Read and accurately interpret architectural plans, models, and illustrations and realize those designs as compelling imagery.
• Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations required for 3D renderings.
